Remember to return your election ballots by December 1.

Membership renewal notices for the year 2001 will be going out early in December. This year, for the first time, you may renew your membership online at nasw.org/NASW/renewals.htm (see accompanying article). The December mailing will include election results as well as information on the NASW Awards Banquet at the Exploratorium in San Francisco on Saturday, Feb. 17.

Make sure to reserve your spot in the workshops, which are being held in Berkeley on Weds. and Thurs., Feb. 14 and 15. Brian Lavendel (lavendel@bigfoot.com) is the contact person. Workshop payments may be made by check or online at nasw.org/NASW/2001confreg.htm, but if you pay online, remember that your reservation will not be assured unless you mail in the form as well.
