I am an award-winning writer with a passion for health and fitness, medicine, the environment, parenting and travel. I work at Arizona State University, writing for two magazines: ASU Research Magazine covers research and creative activity for the general public; Chain Reaction is a science magazine for kids in grades 4-8.

I take on a variety of freelance projects, and I'm always looking for more! My work has appeared in Pathways: The Novartis Journal, Raising Arizona Kids, Arizona Medicine, Nephrology News and Issues, and the OnHealth Web site. I have also written radio spots for Finger Lakes Productions International.
