Michael Pariza, Ph.D., director of the Food Research Institute, Univ. of Wisconsin. He also is chair of the Dept. of Food Microbiology and Toxicology, as well an appointee to the Wisconsin Clinical Cancer Center.

Lori Love, M.D., Ph.D., director of Clinical Research and Review Staff in the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition. She developed a new voluntary surveillance system for reporting of adverse events associated with special nutritional products, including infant formulas and dietary supplements.

Varro Tyler, Ph.D., Sc.D, Dean Emeritus of Purdue University School of Pharmacy and Pharmacal Sciences. Purdue has a long record of understanding consumer pharmacological issues.
