A documentary on the 20th century's miracle weapon of medicine - antibiotics - and how and why the battle against microbes is now being lost. Bacteria are becoming resistant to even the most powerful drugs; meanwhile, antibiotics are increasingly being used in large quantities on pigs and chickens - exacerbating the problem.
